How to create a custom label?

For APP

 1. Launch FlashLabel Pro. Tap the green circular "+" create button highlighted with a red frame at the bottom center of the homepage, then you will navigate to the New Label page

.

 2. Customize label width and height (Core Operation)


  • The red-framed section is the dimension adjustment area:
    • Width (mm) Configuration

      Tap the "-" icon to reduce the width value, tap the "+" icon to expand the width value.

      You may also tap the middle number box to manually input an exact width (Example: 80mm).
    • Height (mm) Configuration

      Tap the "-" icon to reduce the height value, tap the "+" icon to expand the height value.

      Tap the number box directly to manually input an exact height (Example: 100mm).

 

Note: If the FlashLabel Pro app is not installed on your phone, follow the guide How to use printer on the Phone  to complete the installation first.

For Mac

Set Your Custom Label Size:

1. On the print preview page, click "Paper Size".

2. Select "Manage Custom Sizes".

3. Enter your paper size and margins in the next window, then click OK. You can rename your new label size by double-clicking the highlighted item on the left.


4. Select the size you added (matching the paper size) and choose "Print Entire Image".

For Windows:

Set Your Custom Label Size:

1. Access the settings interface:

Note: Follow the steps below to configure.


2. Open your PDF file, select the size you added (matching the paper size), and choose "Fit to Printable Area".


For Linux:
