How to use printer on Chromebook via USB cable?

Follow the steps below to get started:


Step 1: Install the FlashLabel Extension

  • Open the Chrome Web Store on your Chromebook.

  • Search for "FlashLabel" and add the official extension to your browser.


Step 2: Connect Your Printer

  • Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar.

  • Select "FlashLabel Extension" from the list.

  • Click "Add"

  • Click "Connect" to establish the connection.

Tip: You can adjust print settings such as Speed, Density, and Resolution by accessing the "Setting Printer" menu within the extension.


Step 3: Print a PDF File

  • Open the PDF file you wish to print using the Chrome browser.

  • Click the Print button or press Ctrl + P.

  • In the printer selection dialog, choose "FlashLabel".

  • Select your preferred paper size, then click "Print".
